The masterplan for Central Park has been
designed to ensure that flexibility is at the
heart of the park’s future development.
Planning consent is already secured for 1.4
million sq ft of Grade A office space, set
across 90 acres of land. Companies choosing
to join the Central Park success story will be
able to take advantage of the broad range
of commercial development on offer. The latest phase, Madison Place, is a 'village' of five contemporary office buildings available for sale as well as to let, in sizes from 5,304 sq ft up to 13,523 sq ft. Click here for a downloadable brochure.
Opportunities are also there to work with
Ask Goodman to design and develop bespoke
workspace. The development team has a
strong track record in creating ‘build to suit’
accommodation for major blue-chips including,
Fujitsu BP, Northern Rock and T-Mobile.
Integral to the masterplan is a commitment
to high quality and innovative architecture
throughout the park, with a strong focus
on extensive landscaping. Sustainable
development is also at the masterplan’s core,
meaning that premises at Central Park will be
truly green in every sense of the word.
A large amenities centre, featuring a café,
convenience store and crèche will also be
introduced in future development phases.
Tenants will also be connected to a Central
Park intranet giving access to online
shopping facilities, local event and
entertainment information, and a green
travel car share scheme.
All developments at Central Park are backed
by the reassurance of Ask Goodman’s onsite
management team – responsible for the
management and upkeep of the estate – and
24-hour CCTV security through the park’s
management control centre.
The result is modern premises, which meet
21st century needs.
